Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts
Welcome to the new Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts (H&PCFM) website. The newly added features help to fulfill the Federation’s mission:
to advance and promote excellence in end-of-life care by advocating for members, patients, families and the end- of-life caregiving community; providing education; enhancing awareness; and fostering innovation in end-of-life services.
Founded in 1980, H&PCFM comprises hospice, palliative, associate and individual members. Last year our member hospices served more than 21,000 patients and their families, or 40% of all those who died in Massachusetts. As the mission states, the Federation serves not only members, but also those seeking or using end-of-life services and others interested in this area. We designed the new features highlighted here to be helpful for both professional providers and for patients and family members:

- Additional advance care planning tools
In addition, the website continues to offer:
- Resources for caring for veterans
- Information about the Pediatric Palliative Care Network and Pediatric Hospice Care

- Conference and event information
- Availability of on-line donations
